KGS's star drag-flicker Sommana made his league debut and wasted no time in leaving his mark, stunning the opponents with two powerful drag flicks. Youngster Anand showed his class with two impressive drag flicks of his own, while Vinodhan completed his hat-trick and scored once more to take his tally to four. Ranjith also joined the party with a hat trick, while Silver Stalin, Jeeva, and Mahindran scored one each.
Despite putting up a united front, the Hockstar's defense and midfield were no match for KGS's relentless pressure, allowing them to penetrate the circle with ease.
